Are We Getting Enough Nutrients?

The most common, perhaps the most fundamental, is simply to ensure we are getting all the nutrients we need for superior health.

I totally agree with you. Because now I am trying to keep a good habit on eating raw veggies, and also whole grain food. My body has never felt so healthy before this.
