This rejuvenating and invigorating juice I drink at the start of most days. It’s very simple, quick to make and I never get tied of it.
DIRECTIONSIngredients:
- 1/2 small green cabbage
- 1/2 small beetroot
- 1 parsnip
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 apple
- 3-4 leaves of bok choy
Juice all the ingredients and enjoy. I usually pair this juice with a handful of pistachios soaked in filtered water.
