Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 red apple
  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • 1 cup Bok Choy, chopped
  • 3 celery sticks
  • ΒΌ tsp. ground cinnamon

Preparation:

Blend all the ingredients together in a powerful blender, and serve with a little cinnamon sprinkled on top.
