ABC Smoothie


A is for Apples,

B is for Bananas and Bok Choy,

C is for Celery and Cinnamon

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 red apple
  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • 1 cup Bok Choy, chopped
  • 3 celery sticks
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon


Blend all the ingredients together in a powerful blender, and serve with a little cinnamon sprinkled on top.
