Ingredients:

  • water and “meat” from 1 young Thai coconut
  • 2 oranges, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 mango, peeled, pit removed
  • 1-2 handfuls of spinach
  • a few sprigs of cilantro or parsley

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and enjoy.
