Dear Tonya, I have bought and am in the process of reading “Raw Food and Hot Yoga”. I am glad you are changing your title in the next edition because initially, it was the title that kept me from wanting to read it.  I still find yoga very boring but I am hoping to be convinced to give it an honest shot by the time I finish your book…I am just in awe of your life story, accomplishments, your vast research, your open honesty, your self discipline, and the strong example you set for women to be able to strive for true beauty without guilt and selfish feelings. –D.M. Hello Tonya, I just wanted to say I love the new face cream; I also loved the old one which seemed a bit lighter. I like the new one better and like the fact it has more sea buckthorn oil in it. Maybe offer both formulas, one day and one night cream. They both smell wonderful. I have really oily skin and both work well for me. I am also 50 years old and the new formula seems to be doing the trick for around the eyes. I am also about 80% raw food. –D. Hi Tonya, Just a quick note to say that I’ve been using the face exercises, exactly as you said to, and today is the 4th day, and I’m 46 1/2 years old. I cannot believe it, but frown lines that I had developed between my eyebrows in the last year and half are literally GONE!

Also, my nose is lifted and my eyes are open more. In only FOUR DAYS! Also, what you say about not eating the evening meal is so right on. I’m a holistic healthcare professional and medical intuitive and tell my clients all the time if they would just eat little or nothing for dinner, and get to sleep by 10pm, that would eliminate most health problems. Hi Tonya, I have just purchased your book on facial exercise and I’m enjoying it tremendously.  At 34 and eating a high raw diet I believe I’m seeing results after one week of facial exercise. I also love your face cream and mask. I am able to use them on my extremely sensitive skin, even during eczema breakouts…I am almost finished reading Quantum Eating, which is absolutely astonishing.
