This very pleasant-tasting juice is ready to give your body all the nutrients it needs to start going in the morning.
DIRECTIONSIngredients:
- 4 carrots
- 4 celery stalks
- 1 parsnip
- 1 medium cucumber, or half of a big one
- a few parsley sprigs
Run all the ingredients through the juicer and drink right away, making sure you chew the juice before you swallow.
