I had the opportunity to see Tonya at Whole Foods Market in Rochester Hills, Michigan, many years ago, when I first began my journey into raw foods. If anyone has the right to write a book with that title - you definitely do. I am half way through Quantum Eating and love it.  It is packed with excellent information and your spirit and journey is intertwined through the book.
