Ingredients:
•    1 cup rolled oats
•    ½ cup shredded coconut
•    1 tsp ground cinnamon
•    ½ cup golden raisins
•    ½ cup pitted dates
•    ¼ cup nuts, such as soaked wild peanuts or pistachios
•    ¼ cup raw honey 
•    1 Tbsp water
 

Instructions:
Mix oats, coconut, cinnamon, raisins, dates, and nuts in a bowl. Whisk maple syrup and water in another bowl, then pour over dry mix. Spread onto a baking sheet, pat into a thin layer. Dry in a dehydrator or sun for 2-3 days until firm. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
