Ingredients:

First layer
•    1 cup peeled and chopped raw beets
•    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
•    2 tablespoons of raw honey
•    ¾ cup of water
Second layer
•    1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
•    ½ cup of coconut cream
•    2 tablespoons of raw honey
•    ½ cup of water
Third layer
•    ½ cup of pistachios
•    ½ cup of coconut cream
•    2 tablespoons of raw honey

Instructions: 
Blend together chopped beets, lemon juice, raw honey, and water to create the first layer of the popsicles. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze for 30 minutes.

Blend together coconut cream, fresh pineapple, raw honey, and water to create the second layer of the popsicles. Pour the mixture over the first layer in the molds and freeze for 30 minutes.

Blend together chopped pistachios, coconut cream, and raw honey to create the third and final layer of the popsicles. Pour the mixture over the second layer in the molds, insert the popsicle sticks, and freeze for at least 2-3 hours until fully frozen.

Remove the popsicles from the molds and let them sit for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious raw beet, pineapple, and pistachio popsicles!
