DIRECTIONSIngredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 red apple
- 2 bananas, peeled
- 1 cup Bok Choy, chopped
- 3 celery sticks
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients together in a powerful blender, and serve with a little cinnamon sprinkled on top.
