Goji Boost Pudding
Velvety texture of the pudding will melt in your mouth releasing the antioxidant power of one of the most nutritious berries on earth – Goji.
- ½ cup dried Goji berries, soaked for a few hours and drained
- 1 avocado, peeled and pit removed
- 5 Medjool dates, presoaked, drained and pits removed
- ½ cup coconut water
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and process on high until well-blended to the consistency of a pudding.
