Grapefruit Banana Mango Smoothie
An easy and enjoyable way to consume a few servings of dark leafy greens.
- 2 grapefruits, peeled, seeds removed, cut into chunks
- 1 mango, pit and skin removed
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 cup of fennel fronds (leaves), chopped
- 2 cups of any dark leafy green vegetables with a mild taste, such as kale, spinach or lettuce
- ½ cup water
Process all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
