Recipe Total Time:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 chopped apple
- 2 Tbsp oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 Tbsp cinnamon powder
- Granola, apple slice and cranberries for garnish
Blend banana, chopped apple, oats, milk, and cinnamon in a food processor until creamy. Pour into glasses and top with granola, cranberries, and an apple slice.
When serving a group, use mason jars for a down-home, country feel. For a more sophisticated look, try an Old Fashioned glass—a simple short tumbler will do—or a wide-brimmed martini glass.
