  • ½ cup dried Goji berries, soaked for a few hours and drained
  • 1 avocado, peeled and pit removed
  • 5 Medjool dates, presoaked, drained and pits removed
  • ½ cup coconut water
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and process on high until well-blended to the consistency of a pudding.
