Invigorating Morning Juice

This rejuvenating and invigorating juice I drink at the start of most days. It's very simple, quick to make and I never get tied of it.

  • 1/2 small green cabbage
  • 1/2 small beetroot
  • 1 parsnip
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 apple
  • 3-4 leaves of bok choy
Juice all the ingredients and enjoy. I usually pair this juice with a handful of pistachios soaked in filtered water.
