Red Juice: Immune System Boost

Preparation Time: 5 min
• 1 medium carrot
• 20 cherry tomatoes or 3 ripe tomatoes
• 1 small red pepper
• 1 Tbsp of lime juice
• 2 cups of water
Cut the stem of the pepper. Remove the veins and seeds. Then cut it into pieces of about two to three centimeters. Peel the carrot, and slice it into thick slices about two centimeters. Place all ingredients in a blender jar. Sliced carrots, paprika pieces, lime juice, tomatoes, and water. Blend for about three minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Serve with a few pieces of ice if you feel like it.
