Grapefruit Banana Mango Smoothie

An easy and enjoyable way to consume a few servings of dark leafy greens.

  • 2 grapefruits, peeled, seeds removed, cut into chunks
  • 1 mango, pit and skin removed
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 cup of fennel fronds (leaves), chopped
  • 2 cups of any dark leafy green vegetables with a mild taste, such as kale, spinach or lettuce
  • ½ cup water
Process all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.

Ingredients: banana, fennel, grapefruit, kale, lettuce, mango, spinach
