Even if you’re well experienced in your raw food lifestyle, you still might be missing those old-fashioned gingerbread cookies at this time of year. Well, miss no more! Here’s a recipe for all-raw gingerbread cookies! Perfect for the holidays. They’re sweet, just spicy enough, and so delicious. Perfect for impressing guests.

Ingredients:

  • 10 large dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup almond flour

Directions:

Add all the ingredients but the almond flour to a food processor and blend to a sticky paste. Transfer the paste to a mixing bowl. Add the almond flour and mix together to form a dough. Roll dough and cut out the cookies. Freeze for 15 minutes. Decorate with coconut oil.
