Carrot Cake Smoothie

Recipe Author: Beautiful on Raw

This smoothie is special. Its combination of flavors reminds of a sumptuous carrot cake. Why? Because it uses the same basic healthy ingredients—carrots, raisins, and cinnamon.

You can enjoy this smoothie as a complete breakfast or as a dessert. For a Little extra delight, let’s add some banana and peach. To enrich this recipe even more, use chia seeds.

Purple Ginger Smoothie

Recipe Author: Beautiful on Raw

This smoothie is a delicious nutritional wonder. It combines the detoxifying virtues of beetroot, with the anti-inflammatory and toning properties of ginger. The smoothie’s intense purple color is remarkably appealing.

Betacyanin is the substance giving beets their rich red color. This pigment helps increase the oxygen-carrying ability of your blood. Beet juice is highly alkaline, and the presence of betaine helps stimulate liver cell function.

Energizing Green Juice

Recipe Author: Beautiful on Raw

It's time to detox. Even with your healthy eating, life’s stresses can mess with your body’s natural detox mechanisms. Try at least a one-day juice fast. If you need to lose weight, go for a juice fast of several days. Every day you give to juice fasting is a day you’re freeing up energy for healing,  rejuvenation, and skin beautification.

Christmas Vegan Cheese Balls

Recipe Author: Beautiful on Raw

Cashew cheese is one of the best options for replacing milk-based cheese. This dish is a delight and looks great on the table. Its flavor is much better than that of similar recipes made with traditional cream cheese. To get the cheese flavor, we use nutritional yeast and ferment the cheese for a day.

Raw Pumpkin Pie

Recipe Author: Beautiful on Raw

Pumpkin pie is a Thanksgiving classic—almost invariable baked. But it doesn’t have to be. When you’ve made your first raw pumpkin pie, I promise you won't miss that old traditional pumpkin pie anymore.

Raw pumpkin pie is natural and delicious. In this recipe, we use nutmeg, cinnamon, and powdered cloves. Additionally, the crust is made from a mixture of soaked oats with dates. And the filling is a cashew cream with pieces of raw squash, a little lime juice, and spices.

Raw Ramen Soup

Recipe Author: Beautiful on Raw

Ramen traditionally is wheat noodles served in a warm meat broth. Practically none of the ingredients are on my diet. Let us take a traditional recipe and create something with the spirit of the original recipe but filled with raw healthiness, wholeness, and goodness.  “Raw equals cold.” That’s what so many raw food recipes imply. But here’s a scrumptious recipe with an Asian charm and a welcome warmth.

Stuffed Tomatoes

Recipe Author: Beautiful on Raw

Tomatoes are delicious, and especially rich in potassium. They’re one of the most versatile fruits out there. Fruits? Yes! That’s what the botanists tell us—tomatoes are indeed fruits, not vegetables. In any event, the tomato is a definite staple in my diet.

With tomatoes, you can make an endless array of salads, juices, cold soups, and more. But here’s a way we don’t often enough think of. An especially attractive and more sophisticated way. Perfect for special occasions and serving guests. The stuffed tomato.
